A PARTICIPATING BUSINESS asks their customers to check into their business by using the Safe Waiting Room website. Getting to our website to check in is easy. Customers scan a large 10"10" Safe Waiting Room QR code sign on the exterior door or window of their office. Office staff can also provide each patient, customer or client with a 2"x2" Adoption Decal that they place in their car for future office visits.

When in the office parking lot, or nearby, they scan the QR code on the sign or decal, using their phone camera to get to safewaitingroom.com. All they do then is press the CHECK IN NOW button.

Automatically, all the surrounding participating businesses are displayed in a scrolling list with the closest business first. All a customer has to do now is press the CHECK IN NOW button and enter their name and phone number once. Check in is automated from this point forward on this check-in and with all future check-ins. They can wait in their car or exit their car and explore other nearby businesses or areas. When a business is ready, waiting patients, customers or clients get an invite to come in via an audio and visual notification on their phone

Also, if someone is dropping off a family member for a long visit they can check in, then drop off the family member and leave and go elsewhere. They'll get a notice to return when the appointment is over.

For front desk personnel, Safe Waiting Room provides the fastest and most efficient way to manage patient, customer, or client check ins WITH SINGLE PUSH-BUTTON SIMPLICITY. All your office staff has to do is PUSH A BUTTON TO INVITE SOMEONE TO COME IN. The waiting person gets an immediate message to come in to your business.


People checking in are color coded by wait time with green for 1-10 minutes, yellow for 10-20 minutes and red for 20 minutes and over. Once a person enters your office the color status changes to black.
